Bicycle... What is the bicycle rental for one month?
If you pay for a whole month, then you get a 50% discount- instead of $150, the bike will cost you $75.

Canceled booking... "Why did you cancel my booking and give my room away? I turned up at your guest house only to be sent away, especially when I arrived at 9 p.m. at night."
You need to make sure the credit card you booked the room with has enough funds to cover the booking cost. We are a small guest house and we do not overbook. When someone's card is declined, we have to cancel the booking so others can book. We run our guest house via internet, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. after that time we do not process bookings for the same day. This is why travelers book in advance; we charge their card in advance so they can do their own self check-in.

Check-in... What do I need to bring with me so I can check-in?
Please bring the following four things: 1) Your picture ID (drivers license or passport) 2) The credit card you used to make the booking (if someone else booked the room for you, then they need to send us a credit card authorization form) 3) The entrance code to the building 4) Your booking reference number so you can do your own check-in after 3 p.m.

Check-Out... Can I stay in the building after 10 a.m. checkout?
No- after 10 a.m. you need to checkout of the room and the building. We need to get everything ready for our guests that will be checking in later in the day.

Credit card... Why do I need to bring my credit card with me?
So that we can give you a receipt with your credit card imprint and signature on it.

Extending... Can I extend after 10 a.m.?
No- after 10 a.m. you need to checkout of the room and the building.

Storage closet... How do I get a storage closet?
Before you check-in to your room, or after you are completely checked out of your room, E-mail or call during regular business hours one of the following: 1) the managers so they can give you a locker, or 2) the office and ask us to program your booking confirmation #, so the quick check-in PC will give you a storage locker and keybox code.

Storage closet... How much for storage?
The price is $6/day, with the following conditions: 1) You cannot give the code to anyone else, or you'll be subject to a $40 fee; 2) You must leave the key in the keysafe, or you'll be subject to a $40 fee.

Towels... What if I need a towel? Are there towels in the rooms?
Yes, one towel per room. If you need to rent an extra towel (for $1), then you can get one from the concierge or from one of the managers during regular business hours.

WiFi key... How do I get the WiFi key?
After you enter your confirmation number in the check-in computer, you will find the wifi password at the bottom of the page.
