Canceled booking... Why did you cancel my booking and give my room away? I turned up at your Hostel only to be sent away, especially when I arrived at 9 p.m. at night.
You need to make sure the credit card you booked the room with has enough funds to cover the booking cost. We are a small Hostel and we do not overbook. When someone's card is declined, we have to cancel the booking so others can book. We run our Hostel via internet, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. after that time we do not process bookings for the same day. This is why travelers book in advance; we charge their card in advance so they can do their own self check-in..

Check-in... What do I need to bring with me so I can check-in?
Please bring the following four things: 1) Your picture ID (drivers license or passport) 2) The credit card you used to make the booking 3) The entrance code to the building 4) Your booking reference number so you can do your own check-in after 3 p.m.

Check-Out... Can I stay in the building after 10 a.m. checkout?
No- after 10 a.m. you need to checkout of the room and the building. We need to get everything ready for our guests that will be checking in later in the day.

Extending... Can I extend after 10 a.m.?

Storage closet... How do I get a storage closet?
Before you check-in to your room, before 9am or after you are completely checked out of your room, E-mail or text/call during regular business hours your request for a storage closet,.

Storage closet... How much for storage?
The price is $7/day, with the following conditions: 1) You cannot give the code to anyone else, 2)you must leave the key in the keysafe , or you'll be subject to a $40 fee.

Towels... What if I need a towel? Are there towels in the rooms?
Yes, one towel per person.

WiFi key... How do I get the WiFi key?
After you enter your confirmation number in the check-in computer, you will find the wifi password at the bottom of the page.
